About the position

NIP Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic New Product Marketing Lead to take full ownership of marketing strategy and execution for new, industry-specific insurance programs, from inception through the growth phase. This role is perfect for a seasoned marketer with a passion for building from 'zero to one' and creating scalable, repeatable marketing playbooks. You will own the end-to-end marketing process, using sprint-based agile planning and a data-driven approach to ensure continuous progress and improvements. With support from the core marketing team, when necessary, you will work autonomously and take the lead in shaping a high-impact program that will contribute directly to the company’s growth. Experience with B2B and channel partner marketing is crucial, as you will be working closely with partners and vendors to drive program adoption and market expansion. This role is ideal for someone with startup experience, particularly in insur-tech or insurance, who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves driving results in dynamic, evolving markets. You must bring high-energy and creativity to this initiative, leveraging innovative approaches to break through in competitive markets and constantly looking for ways to push the boundaries of traditional marketing tactics. A willingness to experiment rapidly and fail fast to succeed is essential, as you will be iterating quickly to find the best strategies for scaling programs. You will also collaborate closely with leadership, sales, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and a shared vision for program success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to launch and scale a new product or program from concept to growth phase, with measurable milestones.
  • Drive the creation of repeatable, scalable marketing motions that align with program growth objectives and can be adapted to recently launched programs.
  • Lead agile marketing sprints to ensure rapid progress and continuous improvement.
  • Develop, prioritize, and execute marketing initiatives aligned with the overall program goals during each sprint.
  • Conduct regular sprint retrospectives to assess performance, identify bottlenecks, and apply data-driven improvements for the next sprint.
  • Quickly iterate and adapt based on feedback and results to accelerate growth.
  • Define clear, achievable targets for each sprint, tracking daily progress and making adjustments as needed to meet those goals.
  • Work hands-on across multiple channels (digital, social, content, email, etc.) to execute the marketing plan, leveraging support from the core marketing team where applicable.
  • Develop and deliver content, campaigns, and initiatives to build awareness, generate marketing-qualified leads, drive engagement with the target audience, and generate qualified submissions.
  • Collaborate with sales, underwriting, program management, and other teams to align marketing efforts with program business goals including submission flow and new premium volume.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, insights, and next steps.
  • Define and track KPIs, making continuous improvements based on data and performance analytics.
  • Implement a feedback loop to refine marketing approaches, optimizing for better reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Lead end-to-end project management for the program launch, ensuring timely delivery of all initiatives and tactics.
  • Stay organized and agile in managing multiple workstreams, shifting priorities as needed.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, in startup environments with a focus on new product launches through channel partners.
  • Insur-tech or insurance industry experience is preferred.
  • Proven track record of leading successful marketing launches from inception through growth, developing playbooks, and driving significant program adoption.
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing cross-functional projects and marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience executing marketing initiatives across various channels (digital, social, content, email, etc.).
  • Highly organized, action-oriented, and results-driven, with the ability to manage projects autonomously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence and align teams.
  • Analytical mindset, with strong ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
