About the position

The Marketing Manager of Education at BELLAMI is responsible for enhancing the Education Program by developing impactful marketing materials and strategies tailored to both professional audiences and direct-to-consumer educational resources. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented marketer with experience in the beauty industry, particularly in supporting education teams and collaborating across various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing toolkit to support BELLAMI Education, translating technical information into engaging educational content and assets for digital and print.
  • Create briefs, copywriting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Social Media, Education, Advertising, PR, and Influencers.
  • Implement efficient workflows to gather information and work collaboratively with the Sales organization to leverage Education programs.
  • Work with the Advertising team to drive direct sales of the offered Education programs.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating Look & Learn classes and other educational events, managing logistics and communications for a seamless experience.
  • Develop additional products such as swag bags and branded merchandise to engage the BELLAMI Community.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media team to translate the feel of the events on social media.
  • Report performance of marketing materials and the Education program to validate pilots or improve programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, ideally supporting an education team within the beauty industry.
  • Proven experience in creating briefs, content creation, and copywriting for educational assets for e-commerce and training materials.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills; proactive in addressing potential issues.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with education, creative, social, and marketing teams.
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with a keen understanding of industry trends and educational best practices.
