About the position

N-able is seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute display and social media advertising campaigns. This role focuses on developing, implementing, and optimizing paid media strategies to achieve marketing goals, with an emphasis on brand awareness and lead generation. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and possess strong analytical skills to drive measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute paid media strategies that align with overall marketing goals and target audience.
  • Develop, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Google Display, and YouTube.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics and data insights to optimize ad spend and improve ROI.
  • Work with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with the target audience.
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively across different platforms, ensuring optimal spend and performance.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports, highlighting key insights, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices to ensure strategies are innovative and effective.
  • Conduct A/B tests to evaluate ad performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with other departments, including Go-To-Market, Sales, and Partner Success to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to paid media efforts.
  • Collaborate with the email nurture team to create nurture content and measure effectiveness for leads captured through paid media activities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, with a proven track record of driving results and achieving KPIs.
  • Proficiency in social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GDN) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop engaging ad content that captures the audience's attention.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
