Granite Credit Union is seeking a Marketing Manager/Director to lead its marketing operations and drive the growth of the credit union through effective promotion of its products and services. This position is crucial for enhancing the brand reputation and engaging with members to achieve business objectives. The Marketing Manager/Director will work onsite at the main office with a hybrid work option, and will report directly to the VP of Member Experience. The role involves overseeing the marketing team, collaborating with the creative team, and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the credit union's goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and member acquisition. This includes ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms, optimizing the marketing budget for maximum ROI, and utilizing data-driven insights to assess campaign performance. The Marketing Manager/Director will also be tasked with delivering financial and performance reports to executive leadership, negotiating media buys, and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities. In addition to these responsibilities, the role requires fostering strong cross-functional relationships with various sales departments and representing the credit union at external events. The Marketing Manager/Director will act as the Public Information Officer (PIO), serving as the primary communicator with the public and media, and coordinating with other agencies as necessary.
