About the position

The Marketing Manager, Patient Services Strategy - Dermatology (RINVOQ) is responsible for developing and executing patient support strategies that align with the needs of both patients and providers. This role serves as a critical link between the US Commercial Brand Team and US Patient Services for RINVOQ Dermatology, ensuring the performance and accountability of the Patient Support Program. The position involves collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance patient treatment experiences and drive program success.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the overall Patient Support Program (PSP) vision and strategy, and communicate it effectively.
  • Drive modeling and identify analytic needs, collecting key data points to validate program performance.
  • Support the development of Care Model for new indication launches.
  • Navigate multi-dimensional PSP components to troubleshoot issues and maximize program performance.
  • Execute projects leading up to larger program initiatives with attention to detail.
  • Support leadership in creating PSP strategic and tactical planning by providing a strategic lens.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with commercial business partners in sales, managed healthcare, trade, and marketing teams.
  • Build awareness of Complete service offerings throughout brand teams by socializing content with team members.
  • Provide input to Brand marketing executions, identifying and resolving incongruencies, and synergizing messaging.
  • Facilitate discussions of operational opportunities and efficiencies between APS teams and brands.
  • Understand business and compliance guardrails and ask appropriate questions to drive business forward.
  • Identify customer, access, and program industry trends to enhance current patient support programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in market access, patient support, or related commercial functions.
  • Experience working within a matrix organization.
  • Strong strategic business acumen and a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to align on customer needs and optimize outcomes.
  • Ability to present and synthesize complex information understandably.
  • Holistic vision with the ability to understand macro strategy and tactical execution.
  • Strong communication skills across multiple functions (sales, managed healthcare, trade, marketing).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to understand brand needs and trends for proactive business planning.
