About the position

The Marketing Manager for Pharmacy at Elevance Health is responsible for developing and executing B2B marketing strategies that align with business priorities. This role focuses on fostering relationships with business partners, supporting broker engagement, and driving growth through innovative marketing initiatives. The position requires a results-driven marketer who can collaborate effectively across teams and provide strategic direction for marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Foster and cultivate excellent relationships with business partners, team members, and marketing leaders.
  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies leveraging business priorities and market intelligence to grow and retain pharmacy business.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to provide strategic marketing guidance.
  • Identify and pursue innovative engagement opportunities aligned with business priorities.
  • Engage in cross-functional teamwork with internal partners and services to strategize, execute, and evaluate initiatives.
  • Oversee the creation and review of communication materials by coordinating with appropriate resources.
  • Lead development of marketing collateral to support marketing plans.
  • Provide strategic direction to marketing creative services.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Managed care or Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to drive towards key business outcomes.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
