About the position

The Marketing Manager for Posterior Interbody Fusion at Globus Medical is responsible for participating in downstream marketing activities, supporting global product launches, and managing products through various stages of development. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define market requirements, develop marketing assets, and ensure product launch readiness while focusing on revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • Keeps a strong pulse on the market by attending trade shows, VIP surgeon events, spine surgeries, and labs.
  • Collaborates with upstream marketing to develop product launch plans, including customer segmentation, positioning, and value propositions.
  • Provides subject matter expertise for assigned products, supporting sales and customer product training as well as clinical support.
  • Leads creation of product value messaging and claims substantiation through clinical evidence generation, developing marketing assets such as surgical techniques and sales collateral.
  • Provides guidance in key sales situations for the product, such as surgeon engagements.
  • Develops and owns multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment across regions.
  • Oversees marketing execution in regions to ensure a consistent approach and strategy.
  • Coordinates with regions to adapt global downstream marketing strategies to region-specific circumstances.
  • Manages KOLs to execute promotional plans and clinical evidence strategies.
  • Acts as a source of knowledge for and effectively coaches other product managers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years with a Master's degree; or a PhD with 1 year of experience; or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred experience in Product Marketing/Management in the medical device industry.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong business writing skills.
  • Effective communication skills with confidence to present before groups.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional project teams.
  • Proficient in procedures, clinical applications, and products.
