About the position

The Marketing Manager at Cascade is a pivotal role responsible for leading marketing efforts to drive demand generation, opportunity conversion, and customer retention. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a high-growth startup or fintech environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing outcome-based marketing strategies that drive growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
  • Proficient in marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Webflow, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Canva).
