About the position

Cemplex Group is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join their remote team. This role is pivotal in shaping the brand's presence and driving marketing efforts, particularly in the construction product sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation and social media strategy, and will be responsible for developing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and customer retention.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that encompasses demand generation, brand awareness, and customer retention.
  • Create, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Lead the social media strategy, ensuring an active and engaging presence across platforms relevant to our B2B audience.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the construction products sector.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with company goals and product offerings.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insights to refine and improve future strategies.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Business or related field and 3 years of experience working in a marketing position.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field and 4 years of experience working in a marketing position.
  • Associate's Degree in Business or related field and 6 years of experience working in a marketing position.
  • Proven experience in marketing with a significant emphasis on demand generation, marketing campaign creation, and social media strategy.
  • Strong background in B2B marketing, with preference given to candidates with experience in the construction product sector.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Deep understanding of market research techniques and data analysis.
