About the position

The Robotics Marketing Manager at Smith+Nephew is responsible for managing technology solutions that enhance the robotic ecosystem across various orthopedic surgical solutions. This role focuses on understanding surgeon needs, evaluating technology solutions, and developing partnerships to drive utilization growth of the CORI robotic ecosystem and associated implants. The position requires collaboration with sales teams and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to ensure the successful integration of technology into surgical practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of surgeon's user needs for the S&N robotic ecosystem for Hips, Knees, Shoulders.
• Survey, document, and evaluate technology solutions pertinent to S&N's robotic ecosystem landscape.
• Engage S&N's KOLs to evaluate and assess technology solutions individually and in clinical pilot contexts.
• Develop sales and commercialization facing value proposition content for technology partnerships.
• Track and report the impact of partnerships and robotics enablement via utilization growth of robot and implant units.
• Develop go-to-market materials for technology partnerships including explainer videos and medical education materials.
• Support industry educational meetings and events, on-site customer meetings, and national sales meetings.
• Cultivate relationships with key customers, internal stakeholders, and the sales organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or engineering discipline.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• 5 years of demonstrated technology management or technology marketing experience required.
• Experience in robotics, digital health, or orthopedics fields preferred.
