As a Marketing Manager for Sales Training and Enablement, you will play a crucial role in building, delivering, and scaling high-impact programs aimed at enhancing the capabilities of our internal Sales team. This position is pivotal in accelerating new business and revenue growth across our key verticals. In this role, you will conduct thorough research to validate effective sales approaches and habits of top-performing sellers and sales managers. You will be responsible for creating comprehensive Sales Enablement training programs, resources, and tools designed to boost our sales team's knowledge, competence, and confidence in serving our clients. This includes developing assessment and testing mechanisms for participants to ensure the effectiveness of the training. You will also create and maintain a variety of enablement content, such as interactive workshops, on-demand courses, playbooks, and simulations, all aimed at driving real behavior change and establishing effective sales habits. Tracking the success of these programs will be essential, as you will define and monitor metrics that align with our broader sales organization's key performance indicators. Additionally, you will develop a sales training strategy that aligns with Supermicro's business objectives, design training courses, and train trainers to effectively deliver these programs. Your role will also involve managing the learning experience in accordance with the company's philosophy and strategy, ensuring that all training initiatives are impactful and relevant.
