The Season Pass Marketing team is responsible for driving strategy and go-to-market execution for Vail Resorts' season pass portfolio, anchored by the industry-leading Epic Pass. The team also leads projects from ideation to fruition around innovation for the Pass business - examples include launching the My Epic app with mobile lift access, Epic Day Pass, Epic FlexPay, and Epic Mountain Rewards. The ideal Marketing Manager of Season Pass Acquisition is an experienced growth marketer with a passion for driving guest acquisition and solving critical business problems with creative solutions. This position will partner on key business cases to drive innovation on the Season Pass team, and collaborate with our channel and analytics teams to build innovative marketing strategies. This role is intended for a curious and creative individual that excels at critical thinking, with high learning agility and a strong sense of ownership.
