About the position

The Marketing Manager at Aramark is responsible for supporting clients with product innovation, merchandising, and promotions. This role acts as a liaison between Aramark's Marketing team and client account locations, ensuring that both client and consumer needs are met while adhering to Aramark standards. The position involves conducting marketing research, strategic planning, and executing sales support initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct marketing research and data collection including focus groups, surveys, and competitive pricing analysis.
  • Develop marketing plans and new strategies for promoting existing or new locations.
  • Execute annual marketing campaigns and support business development with RFP responses and sales presentations.
  • Coordinate special events, promotions, and marketing collateral, including media interaction and public relations.
  • Build relationships with clients and community groups.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of product, marketing, and/or merchandising experience.
  • People management experience for at least 2-3 direct reports.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or marketing.
  • Proven ability to increase sales and measure the impact of implemented programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and capture growth opportunities creatively and strategically.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including presentation and public speaking.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
