About the position

The Marketing Manager, Social Media is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that engage Tillamook fans and enhance the brand's digital presence. This role involves collaboration with internal teams and external agencies to create culturally relevant content, manage community interactions, and report on social media performance. The position aims to foster lasting connections with consumers and integrate social media efforts across various marketing channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategy and content for Tillamook's digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Manager: Consumer PR + Influencer and Social Media to optimize annual and seasonal strategies.
  • Produce socially native and culturally relevant content in partnership with external agencies and internal teams.
  • Maintain social tone of voice in consultation with Brand Comms and Design teams.
  • Conduct quarterly performance reporting for all social channels.
  • Collaborate with the cTLC team for community management across social media platforms.
  • Monitor and report on consumer sentiment and feedback in social media.
  • Manage the relationship with social media management tools like Sprinklr.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in social media strategy, content production, and community management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs and overall comfort with computer systems.
