About the position

The Marketing Manager for Store & eCommerce at Kao will oversee the execution of marketing strategies aimed at enhancing the success of the Store and E-Commerce channels within US Salon distribution customers and Kao Direct Chain customers. This role involves collaborating with various teams to drive business growth through optimized marketing programs and strategies, ensuring a cohesive go-to-market message across all channels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage execution of strategic customer marketing activities for Store and E-Commerce channels.
  • Oversee the execution of promotion and marketing assets across channel segments.
  • Manage the strategic marketing roadmap for Store and E-Commerce channels.
  • Implement best practices for Store and E-merchandising in the E-Commerce environment.
  • Analyze marketing programs related to SKU rationalization and country results to identify areas for optimization.
  • Create digital marketing assets for Kao Education to be featured on external partners' E-Commerce sites.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business and/or marketing.
  • 3+ years of experience in E-Commerce, preferably in CPG or Professional Beauty environments.
  • Experience working with digital retailers and luxury retailers.
  • Professional experience in health and beauty marketing.
  • High levels of expertise in e-commerce and digital marketing.
