About the position

The Regional Marketing Manager for Student Nutrition will support marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing the dining experience for students. This role combines strategic planning, hands-on execution, and collaboration with various stakeholders to effectively promote the brand and drive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to operators for effective execution of marketing strategies.
• Establish and maintain a feedback loop with operators to gather insights and refine marketing strategies.
• Oversee the dining environment to ensure alignment with brand standards and enhance student engagement.
• Assist with the implementation of brand strategies, including Capital Equipment Requests (CERs), Marketing Playbook, Promotions, and other onsite marketing efforts.
• Manage merchandising strategies to effectively showcase products and enhance the dining experience.
• Conduct field training sessions to equip staff for successful execution of marketing programs and initiatives.
• Develop guidelines for running sampling programs and executing breakfast cart initiatives to enhance customer experience.
• Conduct quality audits to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and ensure they meet brand standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the food service or retail industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze feedback and data to drive continuous improvement.
• Experience in training and presentation development.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
