About the position

The Regional Marketing Manager for Student Nutrition at Aramark will support marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing the dining experience for students. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution and collaboration with various stakeholders to drive engagement and effectively promote the brand.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to operators, ensuring effective execution of marketing strategies and initiatives.
• Establish and maintain a feedback loop with operators to gather insights, identify challenges, and refine marketing strategies.
• Oversee the dining environment to ensure it aligns with brand standards and enhances student engagement.
• Assist with the implementation of brand strategies, including Capital Equipment Requests (CERs), Marketing Playbook, Promotions, and other onsite marketing efforts.
• Manage merchandising strategies to effectively showcase products and enhance the dining experience.
• Conduct field training sessions to ensure that staff are well-equipped to execute marketing programs and initiatives successfully.
• Develop guidelines for running sampling programs and executing breakfast cart initiatives to enhance customer experience.
• Conduct quality audits to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and ensure they meet brand standards and expectations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the food service or retail industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze feedback and data to drive continuous improvement.
• Experience in training and presentation development.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
