About the position

The Marketing Manager will be a key player in the Clinical Surveillance and Compliance team, responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand generation. This role requires a deep understanding of the Hospital Director of Pharmacy leaders' purchasing journey to create compelling content and campaigns that resonate with target audiences. The position involves enhancing omnichannel marketing strategies and collaborating with various teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with product marketing strategies.
  • Develop engaging content tailored to different stages of the buyer's journey.
  • Analyze market trends and buyer behaviors to inform marketing strategies.
  • Conduct research to build detailed buyer personas and map their journey.
  • Lead and manage webinar programs to enhance thought leadership and drive demand.
  • Implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns for improved performance.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing Managers and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies.
  • Maintain and enhance brand integrity across all marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology or healthcare industries.
  • Proven experience in campaign and content development with a focus on demand generation.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Expertise in developing buyer personas and journey mapping.
  • Proficiency in SEO and content optimization techniques.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the Hospital Director of Pharmacy leaders' purchasing journey.
  • Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing is highly desirable.
