About the position

Buffalo Aesthetics is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join their team at the leading medical spa in WNY. This role focuses on developing and executing marketing strategies, managing content, and enhancing the company's presence in the self-care industry. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about marketing within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the administrative team with monthly planning, executing, monitoring, and constructing marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Event management, including overseeing logistics, vendor communication, and supervising operations.
  • Website vendor management and creating email marketing campaigns.
  • Marketing content management includes collecting, proofreading, and editing material for various marketing channels.
  • Marketing Material and stationery management. Creating, editing, ordering, and inventory.
  • Data analytics and market research: collecting, monitoring, analyzing campaign metrics with comprehensive monthly reports.
  • Vendor communication and management.
  • Google Business, SEO, SEM, client testimonials, and review collection management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing
  • Ability to work independently in a team setting
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
  • A firm grasp of various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including v-log, podcasts, and social, digital, and email marketing
  • Self-starter with the ability to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to analyze metrics and create reports
  • High level of creativity
