About the position

The Marketing Manager at The Learning Experience is responsible for overseeing all marketing campaigns and strategies to promote the company's services and products. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and management capabilities to ensure effective communication and marketing efforts that attract and retain customers. The position involves collaboration with various departments and reporting to senior leadership on marketing activities and results.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all marketing campaigns for the company or department.
  • Implement marketing strategies to promote business, products, or services.
  • Ensure effective communication of the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.
  • Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support.
  • Update senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and report on the results of campaigns.
  • Manage and coordinate marketing and creative staff.
  • Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services.
  • Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies.
  • Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies.
  • Monitor current campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met and necessary tasks are completed.
  • Analyze data to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and develop new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field highly preferred.
  • Two or more years of experience in marketing, with a strong preference for experience in early childhood education.
  • Professional teaching experience with infant to preschool children.
  • Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations in Child Care.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Budget-management skills and proficiency.
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.

  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Professional judgment and discretion from years of experience in the field.
