Our AI-powered platform optimizes digital advertising campaigns for maximum efficiency, precision, and impact. Based in Manhattan's SoHo neighborhood, we are looking for a Marketing Manager - Demand Generation to drive growth and engagement. We are seeking a highly analytical, results-driven Marketing Manager with a passion for demand generation. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, executional excellence, and a data-driven approach to optimize lead generation and customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, particularly sales, to craft compelling marketing strategies that drive revenue and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns, leveraging digital advertising (LinkedIn Ads experience preferred), outbound AI automation, and data-driven marketing techniques.
  • Support tailored ABM initiatives, focusing on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Manage logistics for industry events, conferences, and webinars across the US.
  • Work closely with sales to develop high-impact marketing collateral, including sales decks, case studies, and content that support the buyer journey.
  • Initiate and produce compelling content such as blog posts, whitepapers, and product presentations to fuel lead generation efforts.
  • Partner with global teams (US: NYC, LA, Austin; Israel) to ensure brand consistency and alignment across markets.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track key KPIs, and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing.
  • Proven track record in B2B tech, mobile advertising, or SaaS industries.
  • Strong analytical skills: Ability to work with data, track metrics, and optimize campaigns for performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, programmatic advertising) is a plus.
