About the position

The Marketing Manager at Tecta America is responsible for managing key marketing strategies and initiatives that support recruitment, retention, and business growth. This role involves overseeing traditional marketing campaigns, coordinating cross-functional projects, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic direction. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in campaign management and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on planning, executing, and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including print, events, and partnerships.
  • Oversee the creation, production, and distribution of promotional materials, including brochures, project profiles, flyers, and other marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments such as Sales, Service, HR, M&A, and Operations to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of traditional marketing campaigns using key metrics and provide regular reports to the Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Lead the planning and execution of marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, webinars, and sponsorships.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners involved in traditional marketing activities.
  • Oversee the creation, production, and distribution of branded merchandise, including apparel, accessories, and promotional giveaways.
  • Collaborate with operating units and other departments to pull targeted lists and access relevant information using lead generation tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
