About the position

The Marketing Manager at Geek+ will play a crucial role in executing the U.S. marketing plan to enhance business growth. This position involves managing various marketing activities, including event marketing, channel marketing, digital marketing, and content creation, while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing and event management, with a focus on driving brand awareness and sales in the logistics sector.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee marketing initiatives to support branding and sales expansion in America.
  • Support U.S. team and channel partners in executing in-person and online events with pre-and-post marketing communications strategies.
  • Utilize social media platforms for event promotion and content creation.
  • Create an in-house database for target marketing through email, mailer, and web-based communications.
  • Develop and execute PowerPoint presentations for clients and internal communications.
  • Establish tracking, evaluation, and follow-up processes using CRM to track performance management and potential ROI.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on event execution, including planning and logistics.
  • Work closely with channel partners to establish effective co-marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Develop brand positioning and integration into campaigns through owned, earned, and paid channels.
  • Define measurement plans and frameworks to align with campaign objectives and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Seek collaboration opportunities across U.S. and Global teams to drive success.
  • Support awards applications, press releases, and blog content writing.
  • Execute SEO/SEM plans and manage media and trade advertising.
  • Adapt and develop marketing assets, including video production and product brochures.
  • Assist in formulating data-driven monthly activity reporting to global and regional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of B2B marketing and events experience, preferably with corporate brands or agency experience.
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of B2B marketing and communications.
  • Experience in large-scale event planning and execution.
  • Ability to coordinate with a wide range of external partners and internal departments.
  • Proficient in conceptualizing and implementing multi-asset marketing campaigns.
  • Superior writing skills with adaptability in voice and tone for different audiences.
  • Ability to define and track performance metrics.
  • Passion for technology and interest in robotics, with an understanding of supply chain and logistics.
