About the position

The Marketing Manager at True Care is responsible for implementing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that align with the company's overarching goals. This role involves comprehensive campaign development, lead generation, and market analysis, working closely with various teams to ensure cohesive messaging and effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, blogs/e-books, and email campaigns.
  • Assist in developing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with digital strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to provide actionable insights for refining marketing strategies.
  • Develop and execute lead generation programs to enhance customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Manage marketing aspects of events and tradeshows, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across digital channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive marketing message and visual consistency.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing with a strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills to leverage data for informed marketing decisions.
  • Experience in social media, content marketing, and paid media.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
