About the position

American Trading International, Inc. (ATI) is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. This role is focused on developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. The Marketing Manager will oversee market research, identify target audiences, and create marketing campaigns across various channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
• Oversee market research and identify target audiences for marketing campaigns.
• Create and manage advertising and promotional campaigns across various channels.
• Evaluate and optimize marketing and pricing strategies based on market trends.
• Prepare and present quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and finance teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
• Design and develop promotional materials and in-store displays as needed.
• Monitor customer research activities and interpret data for marketing strategies.
• Support new product launches and develop communication strategies for market introduction.
• Administer projects from conceptualization to implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the FMCG/CPG industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of market research and consumer behavior.
• Experience with digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and software.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves
