About the position

The Regional/Business Group Marketing Manager at Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. (LAN) is responsible for leading marketing activities to support the growth of the region/business group through new business contracts. This role involves strategic planning, collaboration with business development teams, market research, and managing marketing initiatives to enhance LAN's brand presence. The Marketing Manager serves as the primary contact for all marketing needs and is expected to foster strong relationships with various stakeholders to align marketing efforts with the firm's broader goals.

Responsibilities

• Proactively collaborates with business development and leadership to identify key pursuits.
• Leads win plan meetings, social media campaigns, and other activities in preparation of key pursuits.
• Oversees the development of responses to RFQs for the region/business group, including management of Go/No Go meetings and proposal closeout.
• Schedules and participates in internal and client-facing pursuit debriefs.
• Leads short-list interview preparation, including the development of PowerPoint presentations and coaching.
• Coordinates with the Marketing Programs team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and awareness initiatives.
• Provides additional marketing support for the region's/business group's strategic goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or related field preferred.
• Seven to ten+ years of marketing experience in A/E/C industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office, and CRM program (Deltek preferred).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong composition and editing skills.
