About the position

The Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Armstrong Habitat for Humanity. This part-time role involves planning, executing, and monitoring marketing initiatives while collaborating with staff and coordinating volunteer activities to support the organization's goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives with fundraising and volunteer events.
• Develop and produce engaging content for various platforms, including social media, email, newsletter, and print materials.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, sponsors, and volunteers to support marketing initiatives and secure financial and in-kind contributions.
• Represent the organization at community events and functions to foster partnerships and encourage community involvement.
• Assist in developing and implementing fundraising campaigns and initiatives to support AHFH programs and projects.
• Capture and edit professional photos and videos to document events, projects, and the impact of our work.
• Design visually appealing graphics for use in digital and print media.
• Recruit volunteers for various Habitat projects and events.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
