About the position

The Marketing Manager at the Polish Roman Catholic Union of America is responsible for leading a team of marketing professionals and collaborating with sales and customer service teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. This role involves overseeing marketing initiatives, managing departmental budgets, and ensuring alignment with business objectives to enhance the organization's market presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Establish and manage systems to solicit feedback from internal and external resources to monitor marketing efforts.
• Oversee and manage marketing department employees.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities and drive business.
• Increase awareness of PRCUA through locally and nationally based initiatives.
• Coordinate content creation, including copywriting, graphic design, and video production.
• Meet with executive committee members to give regular updates.
• Maintain and increase social media presence.
• Maintain company website and optimize website content and digital marketing materials for SEO.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Marketing or Communications.
• 4+ years of experience with marketing and/or life insurance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates leadership and ability to work with sales professionals, advertisers, and event planners.
• Ability to think strategically and apply creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation skills, including project management.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop; WordPress a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Fluent in the Polish language.
