About the position

The Marketing Manager at The French Agency is responsible for leading and coordinating marketing and social media initiatives with a strong emphasis on design and creativity. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively execute and develop marketing strategies while collaborating with company leadership. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in marketing functions, including graphic design, branding, and digital marketing, and will be instrumental in enhancing the firm's marketing and business development processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce print and digital marketing materials and proposals.
• Collaborate with company leadership to execute overall marketing plans and strategy.
• Analyze RFQ/RFPs and initiate go/no-go discussions.
• Contribute ideas to improve the firm's marketing and business development processes.
• Research opportunities for Design Award Submittals and prepare submissions.
• Develop and implement an advertising strategy.
• Ensure consistent brand image and manage brand assets.
• Coordinate project photography and develop marketing strategies for projects.
• Maintain the website in coordination with an outsourced company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphics/marketing in the Architecture, Construction, and/or Engineering industries.
• Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of design sensibility.
• Experience in crafting promotional materials, reports, presentations, and business communications.
• Ability to maintain and foster positive team relationships.
• Experience working directly with senior staff on business-critical projects with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple proposals, projects, and deadlines in a high-energy environment.
• Ability to use analytical and problem-solving techniques.
