About the position

The Marketing Manager will lead the marketing team in shaping and driving the company's flooring brands to new heights. This role involves crafting impactful marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and utilizing data-driven strategies to enhance market presence. Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the unique identity of flooring brands, ensuring a consistent brand strategy across all marketing channels.
  • Lead and optimize digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media, email campaigns, and emerging digital platforms.
  • Oversee marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
  • Create and distribute sales tools, marketing materials, and samples to support the national sales team, retail customers, and end consumers.
  • Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Ensure all marketing strategies prioritize customer needs, preferences, and feedback to drive engagement and satisfaction.
  • Align product development with channel and marketing strategies, leveraging trend analysis and market insights to guide decision-making.
  • Maintain consistent and accurate product marketing data across all platforms, including internal databases and third-party sites.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate relationships with external vendors and coordinate participation in national and regional trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Partner with the Senior Vice President of Sales to identify new market opportunities and develop scalable growth strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or related business roles, with a strong background in project management and digital marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to craft and execute forward-thinking marketing strategies.
  • Clear, compelling communication skills to influence stakeholders and build relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to make informed decisions under pressure and manage complex projects.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects seamlessly.
  • Experience mentoring and leading a marketing team to drive high performance and creativity.
