Responsibilities

  • Partner with JLL's business line leaders and stakeholders to strategize marketing solutions across business priorities.
  • Plan and execute high-performing marketing programs that differentiate the business locally and support growth.
  • Organize regional client engagement events and activities to promote JLL as a thought-leader in the industry.
  • Support proactive public relations and social media programs through content creation and media relations.
  • Provide design direction and collaborate on sales support and prospecting materials in print and digital formats.
  • Innovate and improve marketing programs by researching and applying new ideas and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with local marketing teams and national partners to share best practices and advance shared methods.
  • Utilize Workfront to track and prioritize assignments for property marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience, preferably in marketing within the professional services realm.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Creative skills with a focus on innovative marketing solutions.
  • Understanding of superior client service and relationship building.
  • Experience in strategic marketing in the B2B services arena.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and high level of resourcefulness.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with demanding workloads.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Strong digital skills with the ability to master new technologies.
