About the position

Silver Air is seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to lead marketing operations within the private aviation sector. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player responsible for managing various marketing functions, including campaign management, digital marketing, and vendor coordination, while adapting to the fast-paced demands of the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage day-to-day marketing activities, including email campaigns and social media posts.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive branding and timely delivery of marketing projects.
  • Oversee updates to the company's WordPress website and ensure accurate and engaging content.
  • Utilize design tools to create marketing collateral such as flyers and brochures.
  • Manage relationships with marketing vendors and ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables align with company goals.
  • Work with senior leadership on high-impact projects and support business presentation development.
  • Occasionally oversee photography needs for promotional events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role with project management capabilities.
  • Proficiency with WordPress or other content management systems (CMS).
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar CRM and email marketing tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva.
  • Excellent professional and creative communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
