About the position

The Field Marketing Manager II is responsible for supporting Aramark's clients with product innovation, merchandising, and promotions. This role acts as a liaison between Aramark's Marketing team and client account locations, ensuring that both client and consumer needs are met while adhering to Aramark standards.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts Marketing Research and Data collection including focus groups, surveying, campus mapping, trend development/research, and competitive pricing analysis.
  • Develops Marketing Plans and new strategies for promoting existing or new locations to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Develops and executes annual campaigns, including oral and written presentations to various target groups.
  • Supports Business Development with Request For Proposal (RFP) responses, sales presentations, and Client Business Reviews (CBRs).
  • Coordinates special events, promotions, marketing collateral, media interaction, public relations, website updates, and social media marketing.
  • Builds relationships with clients, organization department heads, and community groups.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of product, marketing, and/or merchandising experience.
  • People management experience for at least 2-3 direct reports.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or marketing.
  • Proven ability to increase sales and measure the impact/return on investment of implemented programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and capture growth opportunities, thinking creatively and strategically.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including presentation, public speaking, and client interaction skills.
  • Efficient utilization of social media and MS Office products to accomplish work tasks.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle.
