About the position

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth for a leading provider of digital signage and workplace experience solutions. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, focusing on lead generation, SEO/SEM management, and team leadership. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to optimize lead conversion processes and ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and ROI.
  • Identify target markets and key messages to optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Revenue and CEO to align with organizational goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and buyer behavior to refine strategies.
  • Focus on strategies that increase the top of the sales funnel, ensuring a steady stream of qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to refine lead conversion processes.
  • Manage SEO and SEM campaigns to increase website traffic and lead acquisition.
  • Regularly review keyword performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure team-wide proficiency in HubSpot for lead nurturing and segmentation.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Set clear goals and expectations that align with the client's objectives.
  • Maintain a consistent brand message across all marketing materials and communication channels.
  • Coordinate with the Graphics Designer to produce cohesive and compelling marketing collateral, including graphics and videos.
  • Support the Events Manager in planning and executing events that reflect the client's brand and goals.
  • Use analytics tools for actionable insights and to measure campaign performance.
  • Make data-informed decisions to maximize ROI and present regular performance reports to leadership.
  • Develop and oversee a rich content strategy that includes blogs, white papers, and case studies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum five years of experience in marketing roles with proven results.
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Hubspot, social media, and content creation.
  • HubSpot certification is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
