About the position

As the Marketing Manager at PayCargo, you will lead a 5-person marketing team to drive the company's growth as a trusted logistics payment platform. This role involves developing and executing strategies for branding, demand generation, and go-to-market efforts across various products and events. You will play a crucial role in scaling the organization to achieve significant revenue growth through client acquisition and retention, while maximizing client lifetime value. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a rapidly growing B2B environment and excel in data-driven marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Devise and implement a holistic demand generation strategy encompassing all marketing efforts.
  • Develop compelling marketing strategies and offers for PayCargo's product lines.
  • Oversee and optimize a multichannel marketing strategy, incorporating digital, social, and traditional channels.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform marketing decisions and achieve measurable results.
  • Lead marketing efforts for PayCargo's flagship events to achieve engagement goals.
  • Guide the development and execution of PayCargo's content strategy.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and explore new marketing technologies and strategies.
  • Regularly review and analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Create targeted campaigns and programs to penetrate new accounts and expand existing accounts.
  • Drive integrated, multi-channel campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media.
  • Enhance website, ads, emails, and assets to improve conversion rates.
  • Train the team on PayCargo methodologies, brand standards, and premium positioning.
  • Implement a rigorous test-and-learn approach to optimize campaigns and programs.
  • Build a data-driven culture using marketing dashboards and analytics.
  • Conduct brand equity research to understand current perceptions and maximize client lifetime value.
  • Create and implement brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in a Marketing management role at a high-growth entrepreneurial organization.
  • Demonstrated expertise in demand generation and demand capture of inbound leads.
  • Direct experience in crafting, executing, and scaling conversion funnels and content marketing.
  • Obsession with data, including tracking and analyzing large datasets to drive strategy.
  • A passion for marketing with evidence of direct impact on previous company growth.
  • Experience leading a high-growth marketing team with various marketing roles.
  • Ability to deploy effective marketing strategies that increase Net New Revenue and LTV.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing and the psychology of persuasion and influence.
  • Proven track record of creating "irresistible offers" in the digital marketing space.
  • Detail-oriented with an eye for catching errors and optimizing processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
