About the position

The Marketing Manager at Page Southerland Page, Inc. is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with the company's goals to win projects. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects and deadlines while ensuring high-quality deliverables. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with senior management and various teams to produce effective proposals, presentations, and marketing materials, while also overseeing the marketing workload and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with project goals.
  • Manage marketing workload and oversee staffing of proposals and other marketing requests.
  • Lead weekly team workload meetings and check-ins.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality proposals, qualifications packages, and presentations.
  • Write and edit content as needed for marketing materials.
  • Lead interview rehearsal and preparation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with visual standards and brand guidelines.
  • Establish priorities and protocols for responding to RFPs and marketing inquiries.
  • Collaborate with various teams to produce proposals and related materials.
  • Research local market trends and project opportunities.
  • Oversee marketing-related files and maintain marketing equipment and supplies.
  • Ensure accuracy of information in the CRM system and provide marketing reports.
  • Lead onboarding and training for new hires and ongoing training for staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications, English, Journalism, Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing and proposal management experience in the A/E/C industry.
  • Strong graphic skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat).
  • Experience with Vision CRM, Bluebeam, and OpenAsset software is a plus.
  • Experience in supporting proposals for various market sectors and pursuit types.

  • Experience supervising and training marketing support staff.
