About the position

The Marketing Manager at Lotus Concepts Management will play a crucial role in enhancing the brand's presence across Denver's vibrant hospitality scene. This position involves a blend of grassroots marketing, creative campaign development, and event planning, aimed at driving community engagement and promoting the company's venues. The ideal candidate will leverage local connections and marketing expertise to execute over 100 events annually, ensuring the venues remain popular destinations.

Responsibilities

  • Innovative Event Planning: Dream up and execute creative events that captivate Denver's trendsetters for every major occasion.
  • Community Connections: Be the liaison between our brand and the community, forging partnerships with local businesses, hotels, and organizations.
  • In-House Entertainment: Curate a lineup of musicians, live bands, and performers that keeps our venues buzzing with energy.
  • Marketing Mastery: Collaborate with our graphics team to craft eye-catching materials that showcase our brand and events.
  • Digital Savvy: Create engaging social media content, manage online reviews, and stay ahead of the latest marketing trends.
  • Strategic Insight: Develop and implement innovative marketing plans, analyze the success of campaigns, and continuously refine your strategies.
  • Field PR inquiries, representing the Brand when necessary for all media opportunities.

Requirements

  • Degree in marketing, advertising, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a Marketing role (ideally in the hospitality industry)
  • Knowledge and experience in traditional, grassroots, and digital marketing
  • Creativity and documented immersion in social media
  • Ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan and develop campaigns 90 days out with Directors approval
  • Proficient in content marketing theory and application
  • Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing
  • Ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their deployment in different scenarios
  • Excellent writing and language skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written format
  • Strong relationship-building skills, both online and offline
  • Team player with leadership capabilities
  • Good technical understanding and ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Working knowledge of SEO/SEM principles including keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of 'Search and Social' principles
  • Winning Social Customer Service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy and conflict resolution
  • Ability to identify potential negative or crisis situations and apply conflict resolution principles.
