About the position

The Marketing Manager at Gesture will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies. This position requires a strong understanding of mobile app marketing in e-commerce, B2C, and B2B verticals, and involves overseeing the planning, development, and execution of various marketing campaigns. The role is crucial for managing marketing agencies and resources to enhance brand visibility and market share.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.
  • Oversee and coordinate with marketing agencies to ensure alignment with company goals and efficient use of resources.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and adjust strategies to identify opportunities and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement digital strategies, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and online ads.
  • Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI and optimize CAC and ROAS.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners, vendors, and media agencies; monitor competitors.
  • Conduct analyses to inform new opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Work with Business Development, Creative, Legal, Marketing, Ops, and Product teams to align on strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver marketing presentations to stakeholders.
  • Lead the development of creative concepts and branding initiatives that differentiate our products and services in the market.

Requirements

  • Must have experience with marketing and advertising to E-Commerce & Mobile App - B2C, D2C, and B2B customers.
  • Minimum of 3 years in marketing, with leadership experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online paid advertising.
  • Ability to develop strategic marketing plans and analyze data to optimize ROI, CAC, and ROAS.
  • Experience in leading teams, managing projects, and collaborating with design and content teams.
  • Strong verbal and written skills for effective presentations and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and establish a strong brand identity.

Nice-to-haves

  • An advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Experience or understanding of the e-commerce industry is desirable.
