About the position

The Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of brand strategies for Heritage Biologics, ensuring consistency and compliance across various platforms. This role serves as a liaison between departments and external marketing agencies, enhancing brand visibility while upholding accreditation standards. The position supports both Heritage Biologics and Summit SD, with access to sensitive company data and PHI/EPHI.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand strategies that reflect the company's mission and vision.
  • Ensure brand messaging, visuals, and tone are consistent across all channels and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Create and schedule regular social media posts, monitor interactions, and analyze social media metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to generate relevant content and ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with external marketing agencies to develop impactful marketing campaigns and materials such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, and videos.
  • Create marketing materials in-house, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery to meet brand standards and business needs.
  • Manage the overall maintenance and performance of the company website, ensuring content is user-friendly and aligned with branding initiatives.
  • Oversee and maintain the inventory of Patient Experience (PX) items to ensure consistency with branding.
  • Train and support departments in understanding and applying brand standards in daily operations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for external marketing agencies to execute marketing campaigns and promotional efforts.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all brand-related activities, including marketing materials and project updates.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives comply with industry accreditation standards and internal policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing).
  • Valid state driver's license and reliable automobile for commuting.
  • Creative skills for content creation and brand strategy/consistency.
  • Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience within a marketing/advertising agency setting.
  • Healthcare experience.
