About the position

The Marketing Manager for AHF Products will be responsible for overseeing marketing initiatives for the National Strategic Accounts (NSA) business. This role involves planning, executing, and implementing new product launches while driving marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and demand for AHF products. The position requires collaboration with various teams to develop effective marketing materials and manage promotional efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all marketing aspects of specific AHF product lines, including business intelligence and competitive marketing landscape.
  • Understand competitive landscape, market dynamics, and trends in the residential flooring industry.
  • Plan, project manage, and execute the launch of new products and product lines into the NSA channel.
  • Develop annual marketing strategy and execution for product line(s) and manage effective promotional tactics with the merchandising team.
  • Leverage industry and company data, ecommerce, social media, and digital channels to increase customer engagement and create demand for AHF products.
  • Engage with merchandising and product teams to develop selling tools, merchandising, packaging, labels, and sales materials.
  • Develop presentations, sales/marketing demos, and sales materials.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop effective in-store elements, website content, and sales promotions for multiple product lines.
  • Coordinate promotional efforts with marketing and product management teams for integrated marketing-communications programs.
  • Coordinate, develop, and deliver product and industry training to internal, sales, and channel personnel, as well as end customers.
  • Work with the NSA sales team to manage partner expectations.
  • Manage ecommerce product information, digital advertising, and performance, product placement, and partner in-store/digital programs.
  • Develop and manage channel marketing budget in alignment with company needs and planned launches.
  • Forecast spending and manage commercial channel marketing budgets associated with assigned projects and initiatives.
  • Manage and guide a small team to lead the successful execution of product launches and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a related industry.

Nice-to-haves
