About the position

The Marketing Manager at Bennington, a subsidiary of Polaris Industries, is responsible for developing and executing marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation. This role involves managing a team, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring the achievement of sales goals while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop annual marketing plan that positions the business to meet annual budget commitments
  • Deliver forecast growth in leads and web sessions in partnership with digital agency
  • Lead project management of campaigns - Improve workflow management (Monday/Adobe Workfront)
  • Leverage analytics to optimize spend and ROI and minimize cost per session/lead
  • Vendor/agency procurement and management
  • Responsible for Bennington SEO efforts
  • Manage ad hoc requests from internal and external stakeholders
  • Write motivating copy and video scripts, publish accurate communication to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage agency relationships with digital ad agency, Content/Talent providers and PR firms
  • Produce motivating and engaging content, including video and photography across web, YouTube, and social channels
  • Plan and manage video and photo shoots
  • Oversee development of brochures, digital and print ads, point of purchase materials, etc.
  • Lead Constant Contact communication to dealer channel

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field and minimum of 5-7 years relevant experience

Nice-to-haves

  • Proficient knowledge of Macintosh computer and design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe InDesign, and QuarkXPress
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software and ability to create and maintain databases
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel
  • Understanding of Statistical Surveys Data Cube a plus
