About the position

The Suffolk Center for Cultural Arts is seeking a Marketing Manager who is passionate about marketing and the arts. This role involves developing the Center's brand and marketing strategy, coordinating content creation for various media campaigns, and ensuring that marketing efforts align with established goals. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through various marketing channels in collaboration with the Executive Director and Center Directors.
• Manage the conception, design, copywriting, production, and coordination of all marketing, communications, and advertising under the supervision of the Center's Creative Director.
• Develop and manage various marketing campaigns under the supervision of the Center's Creative Director.
• Track and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, manage the marketing budget, and ensure all marketing material aligns with brand identity.

Requirements

• College degree with at least 2 years of experience in a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in turning creative ideas into effective advertising projects.
• Demonstrated ability in using social media marketing tools.
• Efficiency with performing minor web-based tasks.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Mac platform.
• Familiarity with various marketing tools such as CRM, SEO, data analytics, social media, content creation, email marketing, lead generation, and marketing automation tools.
• Ability to optimize search engine tools to monitor and analyze data related to membership generation and engagement tracking.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in marketing automation (1 year preferred).
• Experience in digital marketing (1 year preferred).
• Experience in general marketing (1 year preferred).
