Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photos and videos at job sites to enhance the portfolio.
• Edit and refine photo and video content to meet brand standards for marketing channels.
• Design engaging marketing materials optimized for print and web use.
• Create and share engaging content across social media platforms and manage interactions with followers.
• Regularly update and maintain company websites using WordPress and Squarespace.
• Analyze and optimize web pages for SEO best practices and track performance.
• Track and monitor digital advertising campaigns and analyze competitor activity.
• Develop event marketing strategies to engage potential customers and industry affiliates.
• Bring innovative ideas and expertise to improve marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in photography, videography, and editing.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) or equivalent.
• Experience managing websites using WordPress and Squarespace.
• Strong understanding of on-page SEO and familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• 1 year of experience in social media marketing, SEO, and videography.
• 5 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite.

Nice-to-haves

• Certifications in Meta, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
• Strong communication skills and exceptional organizational abilities.
