About the position

Comfort Windows is seeking an experienced Marketing professional to take on managerial duties across the company, working closely with the Corporate Marketing Director. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies across various channels, managing projects, and overseeing marketing initiatives to enhance lead generation and brand presence.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Marketing Director in the development and execution of marketing strategies/campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, digital marketing, traditional media and outbound marketing
  • Collaborate with Marketing Director to brainstorm and create promotional materials and advertisements
  • Assist Marketing Director as project manager for all marketing projects to ensure projects are completed in a timely fashion
  • Graphic design work for printed materials, sales related presentations, etc.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Director on Call Center training, scripting and strategies to improve lead generation
  • Utilize company data to help create additional lead generation opportunities with existing past leads and customers
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve campaign effectiveness and customer communication
  • Collaborate with Marketing Director to develop and execute lead generation strategies
  • Oversee social media organic account performance by monitoring interactions and analyzing engagement to help to develop strategies with Marketing Director for lead generation opportunities
  • Collaborate with Marketing Director to analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and other tools to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Managing the process of taking photos and videos of projects on various jobsites of progress to completion for promotional purposes
  • Managing the process of generating testimonials from existing customers
  • Managing the review generation process and constructing review responses
  • Managing ongoing website development projects
  • Managing monthly email marketing deliverables and deployment
  • Assist in managing content creation to be used on the website
  • Manage the marketing coordinators daily jobs and tasks - report daily to Marketing Director on progress
  • Oversee call center success

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Marketing professional
  • Some leadership experience is preferred
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation
  • Experience working with a Call Center
  • Experience with graphic design
  • Experience working with traditional media/digital marketing vendors
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and digital marketing strategies
  • High degree of creativity and innovation to develop unique, effective marketing messaging
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong written, verbal communication and digital communication skills
  • Proficiency with various marketing platforms and channels, including social media, print campaigns, digital marketing, contesting and email promotions
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing metrics effectively
  • Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and video editing software
