About the position

The Marketing Manager at JLL is responsible for providing strategic marketing services to the company's geographic-based businesses in key US metropolitan areas. This role involves collaborating with regional and national leadership to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance JLL's competitive positioning in the commercial real estate industry. The position requires a blend of creativity, project management, and communication skills to support local business lines in achieving revenue goals and engaging employees effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with JLL's business line leaders and stakeholders to strategize marketing solutions across business priorities.
  • Work with business segment teams and industries to plan and execute high-performing marketing programs that differentiate the business locally.
  • Plan and execute regional client engagement events and activities that promote JLL as a thought-leader in the industry.
  • Support the region's proactive public relations and social media programs through content creation and media relations.
  • Provide design direction and collaborate with internal teams in the planning and execution of sales support and prospecting materials.
  • Innovate and improve marketing programs by researching and applying new ideas and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with other local marketing teams and national partners to share best practices.
  • Establish strong, trust-based working relationships with all JLL local leaders and national influencers.
  • Utilize Workfront to track and prioritize assignments for all JLL-managed property marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or other relevant field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience, with emphasis on marketing within the professional services realm; real estate industry experience a strong plus.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent creative skills.
  • Understanding of and commitment to superior client service and relationship building.
  • Track record of sophisticated strategic marketing in the B2B services arena.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • High level of resourcefulness.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with demanding workloads.
  • Ability to identify, communicate and solve problems quickly.
  • Knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel required.
  • Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
  • Strong digital skills with ability to master new technologies.
