About the position

The Umbrella seeks a team player interested in joining a dynamic, fast-paced team and building a career in nonprofit fundraising and arts administration. The Marketing Manager is an integral member of a Communications/Operations team and will play a crucial role in promoting The Umbrella Arts Center's programs, events, and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote The Umbrella Arts Center's programs, events, and initiatives
  • Create and distribute marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, and print materials
  • Collaborate with the Communications/Operations team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels
  • Analyze marketing metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Manage and maintain the organization's social media presence
  • Develop and execute fundraising campaigns to support The Umbrella Arts Center's programs and initiatives

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing software
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
