About the position

The Marketing Manager at The Catch-All is a senior management role responsible for leading the marketing team and executing the CEO's marketing strategy to achieve business objectives. This position focuses on developing and implementing the strategic brand vision, conducting market research, and ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints. The Marketing Manager will inspire creativity within the team while driving operational efficiency and enhancing the customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support the 'The Catch-All Culture' and drive our Mission, Vision, and Values
  • Serve as a strategic partner and key support resource to the company
  • Lead and manage the marketing team including digital, CRM (Hubspot), photography, film, social, and others to deliver business results
  • Develop, nurture, and protect The Catch-All brand standards ensuring consistency and excellence at every customer touchpoint
  • Inspire, lead, and nurture creativity and quality in the work across the Marketing Team
  • Review current trends and advertising methodologies to determine effectiveness
  • Develop, deliver, and analyze KPIs and metrics to determine optimum ROI for marketing
  • Develop, lead, and grow key distribution partner relationships around all marketing aspects
  • Collaborate with the CEO, Sales, Ecommerce, and Customer Relation teams to ensure exceptional internal service
  • Work with the Marketing Team to develop the best content to serve customers
  • Make focused decisions based on brand integrity and company values
  • Set, execute and manage marketing budgets achieving financial goals
  • Lead talent management within the marketing department
  • Set priorities, foster cohesion, and provide motivation to cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive and successful experience in marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of successful experience in marketing leadership roles
  • 5+ years of progressive experience and knowledge in marketing management
  • In-depth knowledge of brand development in a multi-channel environment
  • Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
  • Successful track record in building and maintaining a strong company brand
  • Solid knowledge and practical experience with Digital Marketing, CRM Hubspot, CDP, SEO, and Analytics
  • Proficient in Mac operating system, Adobe CCS, Microsoft Office Suite, and Hubspot
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptable and flexible style that fosters collaboration while delivering results

  • Knowledge of the roofing industry and E-commerce business (B2B experience a plus)
  • Demonstrated success in eliciting cooperation from a wide variety of sources
  • Functional expertise in a blend of Marketing and Ecommerce
