About the position

In Order to Succeed in this role, you will need 5+ years professional services marketing experience, with AEC marketing experience highly preferred. A Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, English or related field is required. You should possess advanced business-writing skills including mastery of grammar, composition and persuasive communication. Strong project management ability is essential, including coordination with internal clients, task-supervision of Marketing staff, and results-orientation with attention to detail and ability to focus teams and meet every deadline. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, PowerPoint, Word and Excel is necessary. You will need the ability to hone large amounts of content into cohesive and persuasive marketing proposals and client materials. Demonstrated high performance in collaborating with business leaders as a strategic partner to drive pursuit strategy assessments and business development efforts is also required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and create dynamic content for external communication vehicles including website, social media, etc.
  • For designated market(s), meet regularly with Directors, Project Executives and the field teams to learn about project challenges and best practices, identify areas for promotional and public relations opportunities.
  • Partner with technical and marketing/communications staff to research, write and develop authentic and compelling stories about the firm, key personnel, and our projects.
  • Participate in market sector business development strategy meetings.
  • Partner with Directors and/or Project Executives to support prepositioning efforts and critical pursuit planning meetings for designated market(s).
  • With support from Business Development Coordinator, implement and advise on sponsorships, client events, professional organization engagements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years professional services marketing experience.

  • Strong project management ability.
