About the position

Flat Fee Landlord is seeking a strategic and innovative Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts integral to the company's growth strategy. This role focuses on lead generation, brand building, and attracting investors, requiring a high-level thinker with extensive experience in startup environments and a deep understanding of real estate marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-level marketing strategies to generate quality leads and attract investors, aligning with company goals.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team for cohesive execution of initiatives.
  • Drive lead generation through email marketing, drip campaigns, PPC campaigns, and social media ads.
  • Craft compelling content to communicate our value and differentiate Flat Fee Landlord and its sister companies.
  • Implement innovative strategies to promote our brand identity and attract investors.
  • Collaborate with CEO and other departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google and social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn, guiding the team in strategy development and execution.
  • Lead the production of engaging video content, oversee the creation of online courses and e-books, and manage the company's YouTube channel, providing direction and support to the marketing team.
  • Oversee the daily management of social media profiles, ensuring increased engagement, followers, and subscribers, while also monitoring and guiding team members in their activities.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and other data analysis tools to track campaign success and lead conversion rates, making data-driven decisions to enhance performance, and guiding the team in interpreting and acting on analytics insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in startups.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate terminology and proven experience in marketing to real estate investors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing and mentoring marketing teams.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including email, PPC, and social media advertising.
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
  • Certifications in Google Ads or other relevant PPC platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Learning Management Systems.
  • Exceptional creativity and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, adept at overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring their successful execution.
