Our strength lies in our proprietary Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) embedded refund protection platform, allowing us to aggregate significant distribution while providing a top-tier digital purchasing experience for event organizers, booking platforms, ticketing systems, and end consumers. Our e-commerce solution is embedded in millions of carts monthly and backed by AM-best-rated insurers. Protecht seeks a versatile Marketing Manager with a unique blend of marketing strategy development, content creation, and campaign management skills to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) team. This is a unique opportunity to be a one-person marketing powerhouse, shaping impactful campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the GTM team to design and implement end-to-end marketing campaigns that support new feature launches, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives.
  • Plan, create, and execute digital and email campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and report on ROI.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to gather insights and tailor campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Manage marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with GTM priorities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong portfolio in campaign management, design and copywriting.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-starter environment and handle multiple projects independently.

Nice-to-haves

  • Hubspot experience a big plus.
